Hello, I have a Garry's mod server.. My specs Connection : 100 Mb/s CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E7-4890 v2 @ 2.80GHz, 3 cores RAM : 8GB htop screen :  Screenshot net_graph 3 : Screenshot BTW i googled very hard to search on results for this problem.
Well, as I see on the first pic your CPU is overloaded and this is a problem. GMod uses only ONE core due to 32-bitness iirc
While this is true it being 32 bit isn't related.
I know that, but how its supposed to help me?
Simplify the amount of code the game has to run by removing addons or get a better CPU.

I don't know much of the inner workings of these addons, but I know a few of then having the potential of causing a heavy CPU load on the server if they are used excessively or are being abused. 1.) Wiremod and especially Expression game 2 component can be very heavy on the CPU. It's crucial in my opinion, so you should keep it. 2.) SligWolf's, Simfphys and probably any other car addons are very heavy because of the physics involved. Physics in GMod is calculated on the server side and is very CPU heavy as GPU acceleration is not a thing for Source's physics. CPU load usually increases with entity count. 3.) SWEPs are usually not very CPU heavy, but tend to be an addon genre that is known for having many badly programmed or optimized projects. 4.) NPCS and Nextbots addons can be CPU heavy when spawned in. NPCs and bots are AI scripts. AI stuff is quite server CPU heavy inherently, because if path finding and staff. 5.) 3D Stream Radio can also be CPU heavy if the player spawn like 100 radios because of the involved networking. Usually it is heavier on the client, because of the rendering (GUI, Spectrum, etc.) though. At the moment I as the creator don't know any concrete performance problems in this addon. (Feel free to report, if you you find one) 6.) I think Media Player shouldn't cause much load on the server aswell, as it is more client heavy addon using the in-game browser Awesomium for Youtube playback. Awesomium is known for its very bad performance and instability. Wiremod, all SligWolf's addons, 3D Stream Radio and Media Player are not drawing much CPU resources when they are idle or not being in use/spawned. You graph shows a heavy load caused by entities (red) and usemessages (networking, dark yellow). My guess you have a well visited server with a lot of entities spawned in and being in use. This is a general problem with GMod and can not be fixed simply. All you can do is to isolate the heavy addons by uninstalling,testing and reinstalling them. Addon count alone will not slow don't the game, but bad programming definitely does. I have seen a lot of addons with bad coding practices... In one case I have seen an addon that would slow down the game by like 10ms per frame. Just while Idling it was iterating through all entities on the map in very frame and using a O(n) table lookup function (table.HasValue) in another table for every found entity. It did it just to check of it was actively being used. That addon saw the trashcan the next minute...
It can be because i have vps on hicoria.com and friend told me that they scam and give shitter cpu, will try on other hosting how it will run.
