• Working on a map and trigger_hurt doesn't work

title says all I make a trigger box, turn it into a trigger_hurt set the damage and damage cap to be over 999, I walk into it and i take no damage no matter what i do but blood decals show up..... Any help?
"Working on a map and trigger_hurt doesn`t work" How is this saying all? "My PC is not booting anymore" Now tell me how to fix it and make it work right now again. Title says it all after all.. Now that this lesson of make a better title next time is over, how about showing us some code?

Try out default values for the trigger. https://i.imgur.com/yHMIR2a.jpg Made a quick test map and tried it out, works fine. Comparing apples to oranges here, trigger_hurt is much more simple than a pc not booting (which can have a thousand reasons) I always find it funny how you tell people to give more detail and once they do you don't help at all.
Think the doubling with forgiveness value might have been the issue. But type of damage being generic again is fine. In reality there isn't much difference in the damage types to really require a distinction in most cases. Cheers

Are you sure that your map is actually even compiling? Paste your compile log here and see if anything shows up Interlopers.net
It's not your hammer it's your addons.
type showtriggers_toggle to see triggers. (to be sure your map compiles)
