HELP Server blacklisted? maybe?

Hey all,

My server has been running fine up until recently, i was made aware of this ssue by another player.

He told me he couldnt find my server when searching for it manually, however the server does work.

I've seen the link that someone else has posted mentioning it tells you if your server has been blacklisted or not but i do not understand the page itself.

I've noticed that the server has an extremely high entity count, even though there isnt a reason for it, i have auto purge set to 7 days, and the server itself has been untouched by myself config and plugin wise for a fair while.

The server can be entered via history, but cannot be found by people that havent entered it before. This hasnt been the case previously so i'm suspecting someone has hacked the server or somewhat? the entity count is never this high.

I have auto restart server and again up until this time, its ran fine.

I have updated and reinstalled oxide, and this hasnt helped either.

I have never done anything with port forwarding-nor can i remember how to, but again te server ran and operated perfectly fine until recently, players coming and going.

I also notice that on 'rust-servers.net' the previous votes have dissappeared and rank dropped back to default, as if no one has ever voted before?

My server is with Gaming Deluxe.co.uk and hasnt ever given me issues, however i have created a ticket for them aslo to get to the bottom of this issue.

Ive been looking for answers on google, which leads me to come to the conclusion that its been blacklisted- after seing others with the same issue, but the reason is usually due to people using plugins to fake player poplulation, which doesnt make sense to me as to why someone would do that- i only had a few ususal players per day and that doesnt bother me atall.

Any help appreciated, i dont know how to contact facepunch directly, so if anyone has that info i can ask them?
