Activision Blizzard, Inc. (ATVI)
Investors Affected: August 2, 2018 - January 10, 2019
A class action has commenced on behalf of certain shareholders in
Activision Blizzard, Inc. The filed complaint alleges that defendants
made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to
disclose that: (i) the termination of Activision Blizzard and Bungie's
partnership, giving Bungie full publishing rights and responsibilities
for the Destiny franchise, was imminent; (ii) the termination of the two
companies' relationship would foreseeably have a significant negative
impact on Activision Blizzard's revenues; and (iii) as a result,
Activision Blizzard's public statements were materially false and
misleading at all relevant times.
Selfishly I look forward to no longer seeing Overwatch anywhere
It's okay, they can just fire another 800 employees to make up what they'll lose from this.

I am nearly certain Acti-Blizz isn't concerned about losing Destiny as a brand is a big deal, which is why they parted ways without submitting a dozen times to shareholders and listed its loss in the SEC filing. They did have the forethought to list this, however.

Oh, how I wish I could have pity for these shareholders angry that Bungie has been set free from Activision's sleazy grasp, but then I remember they're a bunch of good-for-nothing parasites who're responsible for the majority of the company's sleazy decisions.
So yeah, get dunked.
The porn can stay though.
Nothing like seeing Overwatch take it up the ass both figuratively and literally.
