Server with less than 1 player does not show up on the server list

Hello, my server works fine 2 days but when i restart them i dont get them on list i reinstall linux and server and still dont work. I have fine sets ports. + my loading screen is black this is all time. What is going on i cant find any problem like that and fix on internet. Plz help :/
