My mouse on garrys mod is very messed up and its only on garrys mod

As the title states somehow my mouse just randomly started spazzing out whenever i play garrysmod. Its not my mouse because it works fine on any other application. From what ive seen its a kinda a bug that people can infect other peoples gmods with if they join that server. I just need to know how to fix this so i can play gmod properly again.

I'm skeptical its exclusive to Gmod, but a clean install should sort that out

Have you tried going to the Options menu and changing the "Raw mouse" option in the "Mouse" category?

Normally it fixes weird problems with the mouse input
