As someone who sometimes works in disaster relief, I'm glad that my organization can choose our own projects, we totally see the difference in recovery between the haves and have nots.

we've basically shifted from the age of "protect the nobility" who were only considered so for family bloodlines, to "employees and rich first" solely on the merit of connections and who turns a profit.
