Speed Running, jumping higher, shooting faster and constantly stuck after update

Hi,

I installed the update to Rust today and got on for wipe. I immediately noticed something was off, I am running maybe 2x as fast as i should, jumping higher than i should, and shooting faster (although shooting seems to have rapid bursts, delay, and then bursts, so overall time to empty clip is the same). I verified this by racing friends, shooting at same time as friends, and jumping next to friends. I also tested this on multiple servers, both vanilla and modded. The speed running comes to an abrupt halt when i near a radtown (only tested at trainyard) where i begin to continuously get stuck. Its that common glitch where you kinda get stuck in the ground and have to like crouch or jump to get unstuck, except i get stuck again like every 3 steps, and sometimes can't get unstuck for 30+ seconds.

I first tried to verify game files, no effect, i uninstalled rust and reinstalled, no effect

So now i am just not logging in for fear of being banned, because i have seen hackers speed running like this, but i am 100% not hacking and just completely confused. My game was completely fine until i updated. I am the only user of my computer, so there is no chance of anyone installing 3rd party software or something like that (no little brothers lmao)

Please help, my friends are all playing wipe day without me!!
