Candyman SAR skins shows up with an invisible icon

Is there any way to fix this, if not can I get a refund on steam for the item? I did a little googling and found this has been an issue before, have they ever been fixed?

First thing is if your want a refund just sell it or contact steam support. Second thing is you don't see the icon is that big of a deal you can still see the skin if you hold it???
