Performance Issues and crashes after Oilrig update.

Looking to see if anyone has ran into similar issues.

A few people on my server have reported game crashes and stuttering, mainly happening at monuments or when looking at monuments like dome the game would just crash. They seem to all have AMD cards in common, but they definitely meet the requirements and had no issues previously.

Has anyone else ran into a similar issue? Do you have an AMD card? What drivers are you running?

Yep, I've been running rust at 40-50 FPS for sometime and then this update drops... Now I can't even get into a server and if I do it crashes after 30 seconds. I increased my VM and still garbage.
