Seriously, I have seen them in person, and how low they are in comparison to other cars is rather dangerous, and they also park the carts illegally when not in use. It also does not help that a lot of their customers are foreigners who do not understand Japanese road laws very well. Why can't they just enjoy it on a circuit they have all to themselves?
That was my first thought when it said they're just on the streets in the city... Surely can't be a good idea unless in a very controlled environment?
