i want to export the models to obj file

What program do you even use? Blender? Maya?
If so you can just easily export them into obj?

Do you mean exporting them from Gmod addons?
Then you simply need to extract the gmj addon file with the gmad extractor and boom you got every single file the addon uses

I using Photoshop for designs
and i dont know even where to search the model file + Photoshop
support only obj files sooooo idk what to do

wait, you use photoshop to create 3d models for gmod..? ...use Blender or Maya..

blender has a plugin that you have to install as well to use mdl files
