No power steering, 750+hp, no traction control, no ABS, very little aero grip. These cars are such a handful.

I believe they can only run the visor cams during practice because obviously it’s a lot of weight strapped to the helmet. A few of the F1 drivers did visor cam laps at Catalunya testing last week, but they exited and entered the pits on the same lap.
You see the view during the race broadcasts as well. They've made it pretty discreet. Looks like a Greek helmet crest. So, not quite a "visor" cam, but that's what they call it.

Ah, didn’t know that they ran those cameras in races too. I know they upload substantial portions of the races to YouTube, but never had the patience to sit through one.
