• Struggling to get my server to show up on the modded list

Hi Facepunch community, I've been having a problem with my new server and I was hoping for some help. I'm the admin and developer so I will try to be as detailed as possible for my fellow server admins Hosting: VPS on PingPerfect. We chose a fairly expensive plan and this is a highly recommended host. 7GB Ram. Local Hosting Mods: stack sizes, auto doors, sign artist, deathnotes, furnace splitter, gather manager, kits, nodecay, skins, stacksizecontroller, tebex Server showed up on the list initially for my friends and I, to my suprise I got 4 random joins too. But now the server is dead and you can only connect to it manually. You cant search our keywords and find it under modded I've tried everything. The ONLY thing that seems to work is a hot fix of renaming the server, and deleting rd /s /q "%rustpath%\appcache" rd /s /q "%rustpath%\config" rd /s /q "%rustpath%\logs" rd /s /q "%rustpath%\userdata" Any help would be appreciated. According to PingPerfect customer support, this is, and has been, a known issue Thanks for your time, I love this game and community!
Your problem is it cannot go into Community as it is modded
Your server shows up for me, in Modded.
Hey thanks for your reply! Appreciate your time To answer your question, yes, it is. https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/rust/3358361 shows longest downtime was 19 minutes. Maybe you caught us during that time We upgraded to a dedicated IP, which has improved how long our server stays on list. However, we are still dealing with this issue Thanks again!
Hi, did you find a solution to your problem? I am having the same issue, I am not able to get my server on the list. Thanks
You don't say what it is hosted on.... as regards OS... I assume linux... can you get a "free" so we can see the memory... Also even your server is shown as "up" in battle metrics, it is NOT visible in rust client for me , under ANY section. but i can connect via: 104.223.91.139:28215 I might suspect their internal routing........ or your FW settings.....
