This is from personal experience but I was able to do a full playthrough some months ago. There's still some missing geometries in certain areas as well as shaky performance in some spots, but didn't experience any crashes

Do you know what build of RPCS3 you were on?
I've tried 6697 and another I can't recall and all of them would just freeze trying to load in to World 1
