Looking for 2D & 3D Artists for Large Railway Map Project

I've been developing a map over the course of a couple of years now. It's an interactive, Dystopian railway map. Where you can have direct control over a huge steel beast of a locomotive and two of its depots in a depressing futuristic setting. It's the biggest map project I've ever done, and the furthest I've got with anything on this scale, but I would appreciate some help to carry the burden required to complete this project.
I'm looking primarily for a 2D texture artist. This is something I know how to do well my self, so I understand every stage and will be able to communicate the projects requirements to said artist. Ideally, the artist needs to be inspired by railways, futuristic settings with inspirations such as "Bladerunner", "Warhammer 40K" and other equally Gothic and authoritarian settings. A few examples of the artwork required are things such as plated metal, old stonework, girders, dead earth, pollution, "Health and Safety" signs that void the super corporations of responsibility, cyberpunk art such as posters and neon signs, graffiti, propaganda and paranoia inducing adverts etc...
I would also like to find a 3D artist capable of creating assets ready for use in the map editor. I know you guys are hard to come by, but I'm hoping this project will be inspiring for you. There is a strong Art Deco influence with some Gothic architecture mixed in. Think big and broad, industrial, cold and ominous. This railway is owned by an emotionless super corporation, so the structures and objects will largely be without conventional beauty and be purely practical in their use, though there will be exceptions! A main goal for the 3D artist is to replace complicated placeholder objects made from "Brushes" in Hammer with more efficient and better looking models. This will in turn allow me to add more content to the map.
Besides creating these key assets, I'm hoping the people I find will be equally inspiring and enthusiastic about this concept. It would be great to throw ideas around to create something greater than I otherwise would alone. Theses roles aren't paid, but if anything comes my way, I will be more than happy to share and terms can be discussed if needed. As for level of skill, I'm willing to work with people who are still new and looking to build up experience as long as they have good evidence of previous work and a working knowledge of assets in the Source engine.
