Weed is really subjective. Some people say it makes them anxious and some say it helps reduce anxiety. I suppose the fact it's a mild psychedelic is why it's so subjective. Still, I think it's generally universal that it increases sensitivity to external stimuli.

I'm not a woman, but everything I've heard about female orgasms and women who don't orgasm during sex (and are frustrated about it) points to relaxation being the key; being uptight logically seems to interfere with orgasm. There could be many reasons for not being relaxed during sex, like performance anxiety, but typically weed is gonna knock that anxiety out of the way. Weed affects people differently, and different strains of weed affect individuals differently (and even different buds from the same plant can have varying potencies), so it's wrong to talk in absolute terms, but generally speaking weed is going to relax you, and if being uptight and anxious is the barrier to female orgasm then generally speaking weed should bust through that barrier if everything else about the situation is on the level.
