Mass. State Police tweeted about the crash Sunday afternoon, saying the ramp was closed "due to crash with injuries," and told drivers to expect delays. The department later said that the person suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash, and that he was "somehow struck by his own vehicle," before confirming that the 72-year-old man had died as a result of the crash. The department confirmed all lanes had reopened after the scene cleared out.
Sounds like they either left it in neutral or did not take necessary slope parking procedures.
It was me I ran him over
Careful now my dark humored friend.
And this is why you shouldn't let Jesus take the wheel.
Sucks quite a bit that he lost his life. It's not entirely unheard of though.
I've heard of people falling over while exiting a rolling vehicle and being run over by it, but he was actually struck by it rather than just falling under the wheels. Weird, I wonder what caused it.
I ran myself over with an ATV once. This is a whole different level
saw the title and was reminded of Anton Yelchin (young guy who played Checkov in the new Star Treks), his jeep ended up rolling down the driveway and pinning him against a brick pillar
I believe that was a failure with the vehicle it self, wonder if a similar thing happened here.
