I've always thought the Haka was one of the coolest things, it's so fun to watch. It's just raw energy flowing out from everyone. It's sorta like going to a metal concert, it's just power in the air and it's impossible not to get lost in it.

Is the Haka generally a male thing? In all the clips I've seen before it's all been dudes. I think there is a woman on the left in a tank top but she doesn't seem to be going for it in the same way.

Anyone can do it. Women do play a different role within the Haka but there's nothing stopping them.

In fact today at Campus we also had a Haka for the victims as well and a little ceremony.
