There are no innocent Metrocops. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLWveGa7QbY Thoughts?
are these like sweps or literally just animations you made
Animations.
Whoah , looks so brutal. I can't Imagine what those metrocops done to this rebel... I'm scared to imagine what was in your head while you were creating those animations.
A well choreographed action scene with context is more engaging than just violence for me. If the movement and rhythm of the fight is done well enough, blood wouldn't even be needed. Check out some of Jackie Chan's action/slapstick movies for rhythm and timing, or if you insist on brutality check out Hardcore Henry for good examples of choreography. Here's my advice for making a better video: The key to engaging combat is clear conflict (what's at stake), clear action (steady camera and strong poses so viewers can see what characters are doing), and balance (People should be kept on their toes, not knowing who will win the fight). A rhythm or melody that follows the action is optional but feels WAY better! TL;DR It's boring, you need substance. No one but ten year olds want to watch metrocops get brutalized for no reason.
Ten year olds wanting to watch this may seem that way to you, but I don’t agree. Other people just want to see some good ol violence. Yes, a back story would have been helpful, but I wanted to show off what I could do with stop motion helper. I didn’t bother with the context. Is it perfect? No, I’m still practicing. My point being this: Not everyone is a ten year old. You think it’s boring? Fine, but don’t suggest to me who would enjoy this and who wouldn’t, because people’s opinions vary. I’m sorry if I sounded like an asshole, but I’m just speaking my mind here.
what the fuck
Is it just me getting old, or did this video feel unnecessary violence? :P
i cannot be mad or upset at this i mean, consider this: people playing games involving violence get looked at as fucking freaks by onlookers i played blade & sorcery vr and streamed it to discord friends and they were amused but also terrified at how brutally i kill a bunch of virtual actors sure, these are brutal, perhaps a bit overly so, but nothing incredibly extreme __________________ ot: the animations are a bit stiff/linear but the basic essence of it is there
Have none of you played Manhunt?
Heeeey, it's ok man. I should have been less critical. I think you're doing good, I just wanted to offer my advice on how you could use those kinds of scenes. Maybe that's not what you want to do though. I'm sorry
Yes you're getting old
