That sucks, this is only gonna reinforce far-right and conservative crap. I know drag queens are not trans people and some trans people take offence to the practice, but where I am they're seen as being one and the same
We had one of these at the library where I work and it was really nice. We had a lot of threat of protests but it ended up being one guy with a sign versus so many people who came to support it that we couldn't fit everyone in without violating the max occupancy.
