Tencent. Teeenceeent. Mobile games tend to be pretty trash as is, but that's an instant, "No thank you, I'm not interested."
It's so alien to me. I miss the days of CoD4.
Gross Can we get a comparison gif between the black ops 4 shield deploy and mobile shield deploy
I mean... Id still play it sicne I'm not willing to dump $60+ every time a new CoD game comes out but Actiblizz and Tencent working together just sounds like the perfect recipie for everything thats wrong with video games

this will generate more revenue than anything you'll do in your life
what's the deal with the 3 headed devil dog
a lot of people here got interested in pubg for its mobile port (made by tecent as well) so seeing cod on mobile will bring more people interested in cod than we already have.
why'd you have to knife me in the gut like that man. yeah this will probably print money
Its part of zombies.
I could also be a drug dealer, but I'd rather not
Mobile gaming should of never progressed past shitty flash game-esque games, the controls for anything else is shite and everything about them predatory as fuck since their main audience is kids or people who spend way too much money on them
You know what fucking amazes me the graphics of mobile phone games are like 2010s pc games today its fucking mindblowing
I'll never be able to wrap my head around how these types of games are so successful. Fortnite and PUBG on mobile baffle me, as well. Surely once you get past the novelty of such a big game running on such a small device, the terrible controls and limiting display would just serve to frustrate you, right? I guess I'm underestimating the power of something that's free and available, but I've never been able to play more than a few minutes on any phone-based shooter. It just seems like a gross misuse of the hardware.
Mobile games were fine for both players and small indie devs till big companies saw them as infinite money printing machine and fucked everything over
no worries guys when it comes out i'll play for a bit and give you my review
Nah, mobile games for smartphones started with predatory bullshit. It's just become so common they don't have to hide it anymore.
Charging one time fee of 2$ for a game was predatory?
Funny releasing this now, especially when Modern W4fares announcement is right around the corner....
the mobile version of pubg gets more attention and care than the original pc version lol
Microtransactions and waiting 'mechanics' have been a staple of mobile games for over a decade, don't forget the shit King and Zynga pulled. AAA publishers are incredibly late to the mobile market, it's only their relatively recent success with emulating the mobile games market in AAA games that has given them the drive to jump into the market themselves.
hahaha at 0:19 they accidentally left in a shot with the map on fullbright
Good news is you can always install CoD4 and join an active server
The only populated ones I ever see are the ones where they remove the hud and a single bullet to your toe will annihilate you.
Wouldn't be surprised if that's just what it looks like. They have to cut corners somewhere.
