This goes for all sides. There are plenty of white nationalists out there who are undoubtedly inspired by this shit. Erdogan is using this as a way to instill fear in his population in order to better control them. ISIS has issued a statement calling for revenge. Nothing would have stopped the world from learning of the attack and for people to abuse it the way they are, but the video is just kind of a boosting factor for their goals.
