So basically for a school project I gotta make my own android app. I decided to make something like a mix of facepunch and reddit. It will most likely never be public, however my teachers will see it of course.
Basically ill make it so people can make their own subforums (so like subreddits) and then can post in them, rate the posts (like on FP) and maybe even make subforums in the subforums (so like subforums in any forum really). Ill also style it similarly to facepunch, with a lot of "drawn" icons instead of generic flat icons. The details are still up in the air, but thats the basic idea (and honestly enough for a school project). If you feel like you wanna suggest some more ideas, feel free.
However, I am kinda struggling to find some names and thought it was fun to think of some together. Ill be lurking in this thread and posting my own ideas and pick the best one. Ill try to pick one thats also pretty popular (though that would imply that this thread is viewed a bunch, which I doubt).
Hope you guys can help me find a decent name.
Names I thought of:
> Superstrike / Substrike (kinda bad. "Substrike" is like "Subforum" I guess)
> punchit (obv name combination)

> PostPier (doesnt sound like a social media site)

Yea no I am not really good at this. If I can think of some more ill post them here too.
ClubHub (because subforums could be considered something like clubs, and clubs are usually something I'd feel appropriate in a school environment)
