Cant download some skin diffuse. Texture import settings.

You can make the texture readable int he texture import settings. This is the error i keep getting while trying to import diffuse maps like the road sign kilt. Anyone know a way round this?
I also have the same issue, I am trolling the internet for a solution with no success.
This seems to be the details in the output log --
ArgumentException: Texture 'barrel_albedo' is not readable, the texture memory can not be accessed from scripts. You can make the texture readable in the Texture Import Settings.

I am trying to create rust skins but am having trouble with downloading the diffuse, normal, specular/gloss, occlusion and emission. I come up with a message (in the image uploaded) and i cant seem to find a way to fix it. I have re-downloaded Rust and was still unable to fix the issue.
I have the exact same issue. Someone knows how to fix this?

Hello,
This is a known issue with textures at the moment, it means the textures are not set as read/write. I recommend trying to reinstall Rust, possibly on a different disk drive if you have any available.
Unfortunately, reinstalling the game does not work either. I guess i'll have to install Rust on virtual machines until one of them works just to successfully grab the base textures for each item..
