That's not the title of the article. The pro-military party thinks they've won 251 of 500 seats. The results have not been released yet.
The OP is from Singapore so it is probably just that they made a mistake. There are rumblings that it looks like the pro-army party will win, but many have pointed out how many irregularities there have been, since the pro-army party were only expected to come third. I read earlier also that 1,500 NZ votes for this election were not counted.
someone remake the thread with a proper title.
