It's cool that someone's working on it, but it seems a bit too early to talk about it right now.
Why? Public interest is good for these kinds of projects.

Oh hey, about time we're starting to see something like this. Guess there's no need for an Xbone one, due to the games' formatting...
People were discussing RPCS3 when all it was able to do is show you cpu registers window. So I don't think it is early to talk about emulator which is able to boot OS and display graphic output.
Since Orbis is x86 anyway I wonder if this is closer to a Virtual Machine.
Its based on QEMU which is a hypervisor itself. Its the only sensible way of doing this since all the traditional methods (inperpeter, recompiler, JIT recompiler, etc.) are way too slow for these systems.
