A tally of who voted for what should be public soon, remember to vote out anyone that supported Article 13. This is what happens when you let retards into the parliament.
Isnt it already out? Websides now need to re-arrange alot of stuff. And that probably will take a few hours. But from what i know the new Laws are fully implemented

Nope, since the directive shifts the responsibility of the enforcement to governments. It will take like 2~ years for it to be in effect, depending on how the individual governments enforce it.
I see Apocalypse Week is shaping up nicely.
