Very, very interested in that Afghanistan book, that part of history is really unexplored.
Godspeed Ian!
Forgotten weapons will be forgotten no more!
Loving those covers.
Read The Great Game by Peter Hopkirk. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/527/02ffea87-2f48-4a23-823d-81e84a1c5f17/903335.jpg I cannot recommend it enough, as it really helps clarify why central asia is the way it is today, with a lot of focus on the 1800's version of the cold war between the Russian Empire and the UK over what would become Afghanistan. And not a dry history read at all- at some points you think you're reading Indiana Jones with some of the exploits these scouts of both empires get up to.
So Gun Jesus is going to start publishing gun bibles?
and the lord passed onto thee the big book of french firearms, and fortold that the chauchat could do no evil. I've already signed up to their mailing lst, I hope that the books aren't too pricy.
