"Died down" isn't the word I'd use considering they fucking mobilized soldiers (normally assigned to anti-terrorism protection) to watch over government buildings just so that police can fully commit to controlling the protests, the week following the thrashing of one of the richest and most luxurious streets of Paris. The media has kept saying the movement was "dying down" practically since the beginning of the protests. We're now entering the 20th week, and it doesn't look like it's going anywhere. If it hasn't died out by now, why would that happen tomorrow?

I get that everyone blames Macron for adding insult to injury but the pigs didn't wait for his presidency to act like scheming bastards. All he does is enable them, people need to stop acting like the pigs are poor sobs forced by Macron into violent behavior ; all he did was loosen the reins on them.
