I haven't even finished the video but the cameraman really needs to learn to focus.
God Chris just looks more and more fucking ridiculous and uglier as the years go by
Loving these comments https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/109859/aab32fb2-6479-4fa9-a31b-c3c79f9b49e2/image.png
God, if you don't know, Chris has gotten even crazier. Some dipshit took far more advantage than any other troll in history and basically convinced him that billions of people are about to die and that every fictional character is going to become real. Also he's started harassing Megan again. After YEARS
She seems much more happy/lively now, even if you find her "ridiculous" looking
Not excusing Curls insulting Chris' appearance, but it's really obvious his/her mental state is literally worse than it's ever been: https://preview.redd.it/22byynyrwgc21.png?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=01d44d2923250038f97b3705cb79210de689dd11 Not saying you're doing this, but I've noticed this odd trend of people excusing Chris' behavior after he came out as "a trans-lesbian" despite all the really concerning shit that's happened since then, including but not limited to the aforementioned "the cartoon rapture is imminent and our reality will merge with CWCville" stuff and the unclit.
Some things the audience needs to be caught up in. Chris-chan/Christine is trans and I'll be using her pronouns. A year ago, Chris-Chan got blackmailed by some sick sociopaths who we will call The Ideas Guys (so as not to dox them per forum rules). They introduced the idea that sonichus and other fictional characters actually exist, but in some 'toon reality' "Like in Rodger Rabbit or the Southpark imaginationland episodes", alongside nonsense like how Ted Bundy was (apparently) an innocent man who was framed, and has a Sonichu in toon reality alongside other edgy /pol/tier memes. Now thanks to people on a forum that stalk and discuss Chris-chan, the Ideas Guys were locked out of Chris's accounts and the like. Unfortunately, bits of their influence (Ted Bundychu and especially this Toon Reality nonsense) are still with her. Many speculate why, although personally I think it's escapism rather then any kind of schitzophrenia. Her delusions are way too cohesive to be any kind of mental disorder, you understand, and she knows that she'll likely be kicked to the street once her mom dies because the bank more or less owns the house. Under such a situation, woulden't you want to go live in a cartoon world where everyone gets along?
I'm honestly dubious on whether Chris is, uhhh... transgendered of their own accord, or if someone pulled the most elaborate troll to convince them that they are
It goes back to his whole 'boyfriend free girl' stage, where Chris is convinced that no girl will date him because he's a man, so his rational was change teams and that should fix it up immediately.
the ride never ends
Yeah it's weird but there was a dark period lasting until like 2015 when (I think?) she officially went trans. Before then it was curiosity - she liked to crossdress, but the idea of gay stuff made them ick. According to people who worked with her (read: Trolls with trollers remorse) it's because she thought at the time that you could actually catch Gay like an infectious disease. Over time this morphed into being accepting of gays and eventually just loving how lovingly whimsical and childlike the culture is when it comes to parades and the like. Truth be told, there's a lot in the dark about this time. She currently thinks she's as attractive as a neon blue haired anime schoolgirl though rather than … moving on. Now if I had to speculate why then it's due to transfolk being popular in the media as well as a general hatred for the image that has been attributed to him over the years as being unkept and gross … and she's always had a heavy dislike for men as a generality, too. Now these Ideas Guys put a lot of nonsense into Chris's mind, and it's hard to know what are inventions of Chris or what are co-erced by these freaks who think it's funny to blackmail some 30 year old ditz. They got him to do stuff like draw a penis on a wall, show it to his mom, record himself licking it, record himself jerking it while listening/singing to Smashmouth (which has sadly been leaked...) and (apparently - no video released - I hope this never changes) record himself taking a dump on the floor. Class act. Anyways, he now believes that he's in a polyamerous relationship with Mewtwo from Pokémon as well as Magi-Chan, the purple psionic sonichu in his collection. Why? I'll be honest, I kinda love looking at abnormal psychology cases like Christine here, but otherwise I have absolutely no idea...
I didn't even know who Chris was until i saw this video in January https://youtu.be/5IPtLvxO8hs
chris should sell merch, he would make an absolute killing off it
She is, and even before then she used to rub estrogen cream on her belly or something. She has, but hasn't since she got blackmailed.
Chris-Chan needs a mental healthcare sector that works. It's that simple. The system has failed again and again and it's honestly gotten to a point that he/she's actually become a terrible person as a result. We can talk about how much agency Chris has in all of that, but there's no denying that there's a lot to unfold for a professional(, in a care-center, in a country with a functional healthcare sector) before Chris will be able to lead an existence where you can take his/her transsexuality at face value. I'm very much of the belief that Chris is just play-pretending here and has no idea of the real world implications. We're talking about a person who functions like a 10-yearold kid... a naive one at that. Whether you take it seriously or not is up to you. I don't care. But let's not start holding him up as some kind of representative paragon of trans people. He's not. he's a deeply troubled individual who has been failed by family and system to the point of being useless, obnoxious and bigoted. Again. There's a lot to unfold if America ever starts giving a shit about mental healthcare in chronic cases.
Honestly, I'm kinda apprehensive about calling Chris trans, given the history of Chris's online presence and what's known about Chris's upbringing. There's a good reason there's an extensive evaluation on your mental health, autism or if there're other underlying personal issues, when you call yourself into a hospital for feeling you're trans and getting help for it (at least here in the Netherlands, as is my own experience as a transman).
Ah yes, because believing fictional characters are real, that you can converse with them and that you're married to a few are totally signs of improvement.
Chris's mother has been literally scamming Chris out of disability aid for possibly years now
What the hell is wrong with you people that you can offhandedly give an entire summary and narrative of the life of a random mentally ill person on the internet who clearly does not understand the implications of their actions. I can understand like passive curiosity, but people who actively document everything CWC does and acts like they're some kind of historians come off as really strange
It's sad but it's a modern spectacle. Chris-chan has been one of the most famous nuts on the entire internet for the past decade. It's fascinating from a psychological standpoint but utterly depressing any other way.
There's also the 13 part documentary series by Genosamuel, (which is still meant to get another 12 episodes at least) at about 30 minutes a piece. he eventually had to take a hiatus as he said Chris Chan was getting a bit too much headspace from him and in the announcement, he was literally speaking with Chris-chan's cadence at points.
I watched this series last year and I know far more about chris chan than any one person should know. I listened to it at work and was enthralled. I just feel bad for all the problems he's had in life.
That video series changed everything about Chris to me. There is so much more to his story than some laughable retard. All the jokes and bullying he went through could easily be labelled as abuse.
Why do so many of you know so much about him/her?
For awhile he was the laughing stock of the internet. It doesnt help that there is an entire wikipedia dedicated to his misadventures.
Holy shit, I do know this dude. Never mind ^^
does anyone else take issue with this or...? Like, I can appreciate that people are coming around now. I can appreciate that you're actually giving some consideration to Chris's side of things now. But at the same time, posts like yours seem to imply it was ever ok to just sit back and enjoy yourself at the expense of someone with mental disabilities. At best, you can argue that people didn't think it was this bad back then, but they totally did. People always thought Chris was a freak, and that was always what people got out of laughing at the things she posted online. As far as I'm concerned, the people that collected and shared her stuff to have a laugh are no different than the people that decided to fuck with her. Sure, they didn't go as far in acting on their impulses, but the underlying motivations are the same, and that's what's so fucking sickening to me about all of this. People keep trying to retroactively justify the fun they had at Chris's expense. To everyone that followed around a "retard" and laughed at them: you know what you did. You know it was wrong. Also, anyone that follows sites like kiwifarms, encyclopedia dramatica, cwcki, etc. have no right to criticize facebook or other social media sites for breaching privacy. god, I am so fucking sick of internet edgelord culture.
It's a really fascinating situation. Because in one moment, you'll look at some of the shit Chris has done (the blatant racism/homophobia, sexually harrassing/stalking/assaulting girls, the infamous pepperspray incident, etc.) and it's very easy to look at him as a bad person who deserves a little bit of comeuppance; I've seen tons of stories about creepers who have done the same kind of shit Chris has (despite clearly also being mentally ill) that receive no degree of sympathy whatsoever. But Chris is a unique case, simply because we know so much about him. So on one side of the situation, you have a guy who's done some really indefensible things (the whole Megan situation just turns my stomach every time I think about it), but at the same time we have an intimate look at the shitty hand he's been dealt by life and the equally indefensible abuse that's been heaped upon him by legit sociopaths like Bluespike. The early trolling attempts were pretty harmless; people would send him homoerotic fanart of Sonichu to get his dander up about "the gays" and everyone had a good chuckle. But then it escalated to people digging through his trash and stalking him in real life, and it's evolved into a story that's just too insane to be true, yet it is. Watching stuff like the GenoSamuel documentary is like a true-crime series crossed with a John Waters film. One moment you'll be disgusted by the things he's done, then you'll feel genuine pity and empathy for him, and then something utterly wacky will happen (like the time he tried to convince the "trolls" that his Chris-Chan persona was performance art and that he was a "normal" guy, which involved dressing up like the lead singer from Smash Mouth and wearing fake tattoo sleeves) that you just can't help but laugh at. The Liquid Chris Saga is legendary for a reason, but then you put it up alongside the BlueSpike recordings and it's like if Salo was the sequel to Pee-Wee's Big Adventure. It's a rollercoaster of emotions that really explores a lot of angles to the human condition you rarely get to see in your day-to-day life, and the discussions that spring up are just as fascinating. If you want an idea of what a person is truly like on the inside, ask them when and where the line was crossed in regards to this entire ChrisChan tragedy.
Hearing the audio of Bluespike was what did it for me. Truly repulsive shit that saga was. Does Chris still have a cult like following of Kiwifarners or has his notability waned?
