Speaking briefly to reporters on Capitol Hill, President Trump on Tuesday revisited a theory that he has offered before: The investigation into his 2016 campaign and possible links to Russia was initiated at the behest of Barack Obama.
“You’re accusing the people who launched the investigation into your campaign of treasonous acts,” a reporter said to Trump.
"Yeah,” Trump replied.
...
“It went very high up,” Trump continued, “and it started fairly low but with instructions from the high up. This should never happen to a president again. We can’t allow that to take place.”
"Do you think it reached the West Wing of the Obama White House?” the reporter asked.
“I don’t want to say that,” Trump replied, “but I think you know the answer.”
We’ll note quickly that the assertion that there is, by definition, no conceivable way in which any even theoretically actions taken against Trump were treasonous.
i dare someone here to try and make up a believable way that this could ever be real
What a pussy. I'm still absolutely convinced he's a criminal, and Barr is skewing the truth.
Good luck with that, they just rate and post every 3 months then cower away again.
I hope my theater will have a projector this good for Endgame.
"Thanks Obama" was a meme form 2014, get with the times grandpa!

"This should never happen to a president again" says the man who is being investigated for fraud and potentially treasonous actions.
Is he suggesting presidents should be completely immune from investigation into any crimes? Of course he is why am i even asking at this point. Obviously only for republican presidents.
He is suggesting that he should be above question. He wants to be treated like a king. As the CEO of his private companies, he effectively was as long as the law didn't hear anything they didn't like -- which was at times institutionally covered up to varying degrees of success. He longs for the familiar life he had of being surrounded by sycophants who'd take his spur-of-the-moment pronouncements and turn them into action, and as soon as he was inaugurated he started complaining about the restrictions of the office -- like being told by his lawyers or staffers that a given plan of action was *illegal* and would have to be approached differently.
He's not even thinking about precedent, except setting the precedent that Trump doesn't get investigated or questioned. He wants respect and obedience.
the chilling one is how he was in the situation room watching a drone strike and was irate that they let some people get away, you know like the innocent civilians. then they denied the whole thing, but coincidentally he's also removed all restrictions on drones and stopped reporting civilian deaths.
This is the man who said that, as a deterrent, the USA needs to warcrime a terrorist's entire family on top of killing the actual insurgent enemy combatant. This is not a man familiar with the concept of empathy. He actively avoids empathy, because he fears allowing anyone to get that close to him.
"i even killed jesus"
