Trump forced Kushner to have a top secret security clearance despite him having to update it repeatedly to add hundreds of details he did not include in his first submission.
That would be fatally disqualifying and stir up some investigation as to whether he qualifies as an unregistered foreign agent, for anyone but the President's son-in-law, but Donnie rammed it through by fiat.
As far as I'm concerned, even without reviewing any new evidence, this is how Trump issued security clearances to everyone he personally picked to staff his White House, including Jared, Ivanka, Steve Bannon, everyone.
I will say this, if there was Aliens in Area 51/Dulce we definitely would've heard about them by now.
Area 51 is quite blatantly just an experimental aircraft testing facility anyways. Most of the UFO sightings in the area line up very well with classified aircraft that were later declassified. The ones that don't are easily explained as experimental aircraft that never ended up being put into production.
I've heard the real reason about are 51 secrecy was that improper disposal of nuclear and hazardous material endangered thousand of servicemen and contractors life's during most of cold war. That to stop questions about the secrecy policy about the base and it's operations someone came up with "What if we made them think it was aliens? Not a failure to care about the health of those who defend the nation.
