My loading screen is not working as it should please help me

So my loading screen is not showing the steamid and the pic but everything else is working fine anyone know why it is doing it would be nice of someone can help me

we cant. we dont even know if this is a loading screen on your OWN server so you can access the code, or if its just a loading screen of some server that your joining. If its case 2, then theres nothing you can do

No i did not its from Github i have tryd to concact the maker of it and i have tryd to fix it myself but with no success hopped someone here could help me can link the github page
