The chance of that happening at any scale is exactly nil. It's no different than people to "buy American", economics always wins. The quick and dirty solution is basically some form of Altmaier's 'national champions' plan - basically use a state-controlled investment fund to prevent foreigners from taking over companies deemed important enough. It's "quick and dirty" because this wouldn't prevent shit like China controlling Hollywood by simply playing gatekeeper for their enormous consumer market.
