They knew that he didn’t, and they elected him anyway.” Last week, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard E. Neal (D-Mass.) sent a letter to the IRS formally requesting that six year of Trump’s business and personal tax returns be turned over to Congress by Wednesday. An attorney for Trump asked the Treasury Department to deny the Democrats’ request, calling it a “gross abuse of power.” Trump himself said he would take the fight over his tax returns all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
NOTHING TO HIDE O T H I N G T O H I D E
Tax returns should go public if you take Public office. Got to make sure of no conflict of interests, etc
Republicans are the only ones pushing back against that.
“Voters knew the president could have given his tax returns. They knew that he didn’t, and they elected him anyway.” "We all knew he was a peice of shit and the dumbfucks voted him in anyway. They deserve whatever happens."
Just imagine if Obama had refused to release his tax returns and his Chief of Staff said Republicans would "never" get to see them, "nor should they". The GOP's transformation into Grifters, Obstructionists, and Perverts is complete.
so what if the democrats want to know if he's not in violation of the emoluments clause? financial disclosures aren't enough to determine that the president is following his constitutional duty to report and seek permission from the legislative branch for them.
Hey Mickey, are you ever going to be promoted from acting Chief of Staff?
Because if Trump suffers, they suffer. They know that if they're not behind Trump 100%, a loyalist primary challenger will take their place.
Why are they trying so hard to not release his returns? I'm pretending I'm a just an average joe who looks at thing based on visible facts - if he's got nothing to hide why is he trying to hard to hide it?
Fuckin- Trump flat out said he would release his tax returns if he won. People didn't believe he was a lying piece of shit before, and they somehow don't believe he's a lying piece of shit now. He lies about the simplest fucking things.
