I just built my first ever Gaming setup here are the full specs: CPU: i7 4790K OC 4.4GHZ GPU: PALIT GTX 1070 JetStream 8GB RAM: 8GB DDR3 Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97x Gaming GT Case: CoolerMaster E500L CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo PSU: BeQuiet Dark Power Pro P9 550W Sometimes it crashes even before the server loads. I've tried several servers but it crashes after a couple minutes of playing. I do not know what seems to be the problem. The last time it crashed it showed some red error text on the left of my screen, something about allocated memory error ... my output_log file: output_log.txt
8GB is the minimum specs for Rust and you're running your system out of memory, causing Rust to crash because it can't allocate more memory. That's the problem. Make sure you close memory-hungry programs like web browsers. You will also want to make sure Windows' virtual memory settings are not set to "disabled".
