Hello FacePunch! Something odd just happened here. I play Rust and everything goes smooth and by the numbers. Then I buy & download Fortify, I run it once, I copy&paste a base from a Pastebin repository and I save it. I try to open the Rust client and then I got the infamous error: "error validating EasyAntiCheat code signing certificate" AND the antivirus give me a notification of Variant.Graftor present on my AppData\Local\Temp directory I never had this error before nor I had the virus alarm before. Now I am scanning the whole PC and uninstalling/reinstalling Rust. And, sadly, I have completely uninstalled Fortify (wiping it manually, not just uninstalled via Steam). Did it happened before, as per your knowledege? https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/458855/5853c3e0-1f45-4777-9d29-43254436a947/Clipboard13.jpg Friendly greetings!
This issue should now be resolved.
I confirm! Resolved, the client is 100% working! Thank you! :-D
