• FPS Issues with Rust

As seen in the image provided, my FPS is constantly fluctuating during game play. (Ignore the first 15 minutes, thats just the load in). When I stay in one area my FPS is fine, ill stay at around 70FPS, but as soon as I move to a new area and things need to be loaded in, the game goes to shit, dropping to under 10 frames and even having mini freezes. I have no other games that have this issue. Basically all settings are turned right down and launch quality is set to fast, even in potato and low resolutions I get these drops. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, ive tried verifying game files. Can anyone give suggestions or help? 8GB is the minimum RAM for Rust and what is probably happening is Rust slowly expands to fill your physical RAM, and then it slams into the need to shove things into the Windows virtual memory, which is on disk and is much slower than RAM, even when on an SSD. First, make sure you're running Rust and as little else as possible. Something like Discord isn't so bad, but you'll want to close browsers because they often like to hog gigs of RAM by themselves. Second, I suggest going into your Windows virtual memory settings and setting it to manual size, with both the minimum and maximum set to 16384 (which is 16GB). Restart the computer to have the change take effect, and then try Rust.
This is not the rust section. I am moving it there now
