The contrast between Lena Headey in person and as Cersei is so weird because she's a really sweet person IRL and so easy-going. I know it should be obvious that actors are normal underneath but a lot of her roles like in 300 have been badass queens and such and it's easy to forget.

Tangentially related, but the same is true of Joffrey's actor too from what I've read.
Can confirm, I've met him at a convention. He smiled more than all the other stars there and hearing how much people hate Joffrey makes him laugh whole-heartedly.

Charles Dance always seemed like a chill guy with a great sense of humour to me. His dramatic readings of shitty books in the Big Fat Quizzes are just beautiful and a perfect showcase of that side.
