This has been happening recently...
When joining a server, It gets stuck on this message -
"Y_4 lua files from server" right at the end.
I am confused. It just started after disabling mods and putting gmod on factory settings.
Verify your game Cache through steam Verify Integrity of Game Files
and run the Factory Defaults .bat file in your /garrysmod/ folder.
