Importing models downloaded from Facepunch for use in Gmod

Hi there, need some help. Been trying to import these models I downloaded ages ago into Gmod but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it.
The "tutorials" provided by google search have also not helped so far, and it's driving me crazy. If someone could give me a detailed description of
how to do it I would greatly appreciate it.

You put them in the addons folder. If you downloaded them ages ago, you should know how to download and use addons by now.
