When you make scheme like below there is trouble with Electrical branch. How I understand it should not be. Sorry if this is a known issue.

I understand your confusion. The SAM turret needs 25 power to work. When you are using the branch you are only giving it 2 power as you have not changed the number. When you use a splitter it divides the input by 3 and it appears that gives >25 power here. Just make it so the SAM turret gets 25 power

Yes. Have the receiver go to the "toggle" input of a timer which then powers the SAM
