GPU - RTX 2080
CPU - Ryzen Threadripper 1900x
RAM - 32GB
Getting around 50 fps, going lower and higher slightly on all settings. I've stood still, and lower in the in game graphics from 1 - 5 and the fps didn't change at all.
Just completely stumped on how to increase it. My friend on an older CPU and GTX970 gets 20-30 frames more than me.
