These are always very entertaining, but I do want to point out that the stuff she's doing does take skill. Its not like she woke up one day and decided to make this video with absolutely no experience in music production.
I know I'm being a fuddy duddy but I think its easy to take for granted the years she's probably spent learning this stuff just so she can imitate someone in a heavily edited video.

Hmm. I don't think she's underestimating her own talents, abilities, ear, and training - but I think she is totally in the right making what the content of the song seem easy; it is.
If anything, you should really discount a lot of the popular music out there as pretty effortless. Most people don't write their own stuff, and a large majority don't even have music training or can even read any music.
What she did is so damn simple, I could do it in a day too. Then again, I also have a masters in music composition and opera performance.
Obviously she's just doing this as a joke, but its not like what she wrote sounds as good as things Tyler The Creator has written. You could breakdown pretty much any genre of music this way and it would seem "easy". Tyler's got some pretty sick melodies, and sure some parts of the songs might be simple, but that's because writing a song that's complicated the entire time wouldn't be good song writing.
I mean take this song apart in to separate parts and it might not be anything special. But as a cohesive whole it flows well.

I never said she was underestimating herself, she's just trying to entertain, I think she knows exactly how she's presenting it. Watering down and misrepresenting your own craft for entertainment reasons is nothing new, glad its working out for her.
My issue is that I think a lot of non musicians see stuff like this and just go "oh wow, making music is so easy and takes no skill" and I'm not a fan of that aspect of these sorts of videos.
However, I disagree quite a bit with your second point about popular music being effortless, both in the context of Tyler and a general sense. Pop music is deceptively simple, but that's a topic that's been discussed to death, no need to rehash it here.
