As the title says it would be nice to share the bps with team mates for example : if i player1 learns the Ak bp and player 2 learns Bolt and they are on the same team and they go to the work bench player 1 would be able craft the Bolt and player2 the AK.
If the team is disbanded player1 and player 2 can not share blueprints.
The players must be withing a certain range to be able to craft OR no limit in range .
