Can't Get My Server To Allow My Friends In, Please Help.

Ive managed to start the server and join myself locally. Unfortunately, when i try to join VIA my IP address, im unable to join, as well with my friends. My server starts up fine no errors or fatal crashes. Ive port fowarded and unblocked the ports from my firewall. I honestly am out of ideas as to why it wouldnt work. Im convinced its my BATCH file so if anyone can send me some code to use and test the batch file or if anyone knows why it wont work please help me out. any help is very much appreciated. THANK YOU

Post your batchfile? Sanitize things like the password and IP address out, of course.
