how the heck do you make good decals like source decals in unity? i want those things wrapping all along the meshes and shit why does nothin do that

Can you be a little more specific and technical in your description of what you want to achieve?
"Wrapping all along meshes and shit" doesn't mean a whole lot.
if you were projecting a 2d decal like a bullet hole or something onto a sphere, the decal would deform to the surface of the sphere.
It's basically how a projector in unity would behave in terms of what you see visually, but actually a decal mesh.
