https://thehill.com/policy/finance/441390-trump-fed-pick-said-in-2016-that-he-supports-removing-a-lot-of-child-labor Stephen Moore, whom President Trump has floated for an open seat on the Federal Reserve Board, said in newly unearthed comments that he supported removing many child labor laws. “I’m a radical on this, I’d get rid of a lot of these child labor laws. I want people starting to work at 11, 12,” Moore said during a debate on the minimum wage in 2016. Moore's comment was first unearthed by The New York Times this week. Trump last month floated Moore, who served as an adviser to his 2016 presidential campaign, as a possible nominee for the Federal Reserve Board. Since then, many of Moore's previous statements, including an opinion piece he wrote advocating against the presence of women in sports, have come under scrutiny along with his past criticism of the board. Moore said he would withdraw from consideration if he became a "political problem" for Republicans.
If kids are busy working the fields they don't have time to become liberal faggots. -Stephen Moore probably

Gotta love capitalism. Only way to beat China is to go even lower.

You don't have to spend nearly as much money on welfare and public education if 75% of children die by age 5, but the rest of the world figured out why doing that is a bad idea.
Of course, the children in his family would start working at the steel mill as soon as this passes.
This guy is sounding more and more like a cartoon villain at this point.
Wouldn't this make the unemployment rate explode or would you just consider all the kids to be discouraged workers by default?
It would and then they'd just blame it on illegal immigrants and their cult will believe them
Oliver Twist looks set for a US reboot.
I cant believe that enough of my fellow Americans are retarded enough to support this administration/regime. Seriously, in the beginning I treated Trump supporters as largely misguided folks, anti-clinton(which I dont blame them at all back then) and at worse an sizable amount of racists or dummys. Now at this point they are either completely disconnected to reality, degenerates, insane or the absolute most braindead to a point of irredeemablity. I never thought things could go this bad, If Trump and his stooges isnt dispose of this soon than later then it's over. I feel a domino effect would go on and the whole world will go to shit. Maybe the Europeans can save us.
After that statement, several republican beers were held

There is libertarianism and then there’s this, jesus. There aren’t many policies I can think of that get universal disagreement from both sides, even the most hardened conservatives can’t possibly agree with this. Literally think of the children.
How to make more unemployment; by supplanting menial workers with underage menial workers
Well I learned something new today. I don't get this tradition though, it takes on average $140k to raise a child up to the age of 10 and for that price you could hire 3 part time fully grown Jose's during the summer for the same price over the same period of time.
Expectation: Paper rounds, lemonade stands, bake sales, wholesome family businesses, young apprentice passing a hammer to their boss whilst asking questions about the trade Reality: Victorian England style child labour
but think, it learns the kids some discipline! and they make a couple dollars, irs perfect
