Please give me feedback on this part of a youtube video that will never happen

So basically I wanted to get back into doing you tube videos as a hobby. I used to do them before but they sucked major ass so I wanted to start out strong. I ended up spending a lot of time, mostly during the night, making the first 2 minutes of the video, which acted as a introduction. Just the video will never happen because:
The idea was horrible. It was going to be about the twitter account "ShitpostBot5000" but since I was tired and also still am not good at being entertaining at all, I barely made any jokes and the footage is basically unusable.
The introduction is boring as shit, has a lot of timing issues, doesnt make sense at times and I sound like im a edgy 12 year old who is pretending to be depressed.
There is so much unusable audio to me messing up pronunciations and mumbling about that just editing that is going to take as long as it should to do everything
However, since I did put a lot of work into the first 2 minutes, I thought id upload it unlisted and ask here for more feedback, so my next attempt will not turn out to be this bad.
I hope im not breaking any rules with this post. I couldn't find a megathread anywhere so I am gonna assume this is fine.
Please give me some feedback on this video (the quality is bad because I used really harsh encoder settings to get the size down. If this was a part of an actual video it would be much better):

You've pretty much summed it up, yourself: It's unclear, under-written, and doesn't really have much to say. As a final product, it isn't very good.
As a draft, however, I think it's fine. If I were you, I would start another project with this as your guide. Take the time and really flesh out your script. Like, a lot of time. If you go into recording and editing without having a clear direction you want to go in, it's going to be aimless and hard to follow.
Are you seeking to emulate another youtuber's style? If that's the case, I'd go over their videos and really dissect them. Figure out what you like about them and try to reproduce it. Keep it small to start with. I'd rather watch thirty seconds of really good shit than ten minutes of something mediocre.
Don't be afraid to be yourself. Make something that you would want to watch. There's nothing wrong with your sense of humor -- it just needs to be honed and refined. Give it time. Keep making stuff. Enjoy the process. It won't happen over-night.
Uhh, right off the bat it's completely unclear what kind of video you're even doing. Like, what's the purpose of it? What do you wanna get across? I know what ShitpostBot5000 is already, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have the slightest idea of what you were talking about.
But like, is this a critique of the bot? Of the reactions to it? Just an explanation of what it is?
Like you're not gonna get a coherent video out of this if you have no clue of where to go with it. It sounds like you've watched your share of Fitzthistlewits, but that guy knew what he was parodying, and what his videos were - and his delivery made sense from that perspective. Are you playing a character, or is this supposed to be your genuine insights? Your whole style and what jokes will work kinda depends on it.
